E251: Quantum Thinking
E251: Quantum Thinking - Explore how to apply quantum concepts to your thought processes for better outcomes.
Quantum Thinking: The Observer Effect
Quantum physics (Double Slit Experiment) suggests that particles don't have a definite state until observed. Implication: If the observer influences physical reality, then your thoughts and feelings (your state as an observer) influence your destiny.
The Hierarchy of Destiny
- Thoughts: The origin.
- Feelings: Emotional response.
- Mindset: How you frame the world.
- Attitude: How you approach situations.
- Character: Consistent behavior.
- Actions: What you actually DO.
- Destiny: The result.
Motivation vs. Action
Motivation is overrated.
- "I'm not motivated" is an excuse.
- Action precedes motivation. You do something -> You feel better -> That is motivation.
The Spelling Rule
- Bruce Lee: "Don't speak negatively about yourself, even as a joke. Words are energy and they cast spells. That's why it's called spelling."
